Post-Production Supervisor

As the post-production supervisor, you will assume the timely post-production of all video content within the office of the president while understanding delivery timelines and targets for video production in executive media. You will be responsible for maintaining a calendar of major events and milestones as well as detailed reports/status updates on video content, and you will identify opportunities for repurposing video content across media platforms. The post-production supervisor will ensure timely legal clearance of all digital assets and establish/maintain positive working relationships with key leaders of SCAD departments while working on assigned initiatives. The supervisor will assist in the production, creation, and tracking of content as well as proactively identifying and discussing solutions for potential blockers or production risks, while troubleshooting workflow questions. Additional duties may be assigned at any time.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production and video editing
  • Access to an extensive network of freelance talent
  • Must exhibit professionalism in both appearance and demeanor
  • Highly organized and pay attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Valid driver’s license

Travel Required: 10 to 20%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
