What YOU Will Do…
You will be primarily responsible for the management of Windows, Macintosh, and Linux endpoints. Endpoint management responsibilities will include the development, implementation, oversight, guidance, and administration of solutions for OS installation, software deployment, local system policy management, account management, and management of full disk encryption, as well as automation of other configuration related tasks. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the generation and maintenance of related documentation, tasking of other team members, and training other administrators and support staff.

What YOU Need to be Successful…
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Science and Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science is desired, plus eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with Munki, JAMF, CASPER, Centrify, KACE, SCCM, TEM, Puppet, Foreman, Ansible, Redhat Satellite, or other management scripting and automation experience
  • Prior experience in DoD or other highly secure environments will be given additional consideration.

Required experience/skills:

  • Demonstrate a high degree of competence on all three major platforms
  • Proven track record in system management and automation
  • Function at a high level, both autonomously on individual efforts, as well as in cross discipline team environments
  • Professionalism, leadership, and teamwork
  • Strong written and verbal communications

You will be subject to a government security investigation and you must be a U.S. citizen to apply. Employment with the Applied Research Laboratory will require successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
