Adjunct Instructor (Part-Time) – Multiple Specializations

Applications are invited from qualified individuals for multiple part-time, remote, Adjunct Instructor positions in Innovation, Marketing, and Operations within the Department of Business Administration. Instructors are expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels and engage in activities that maintain faculty qualifications under AACSB guidelines.

The Department of Business Administration is a large and diverse unit, which includes graduate and undergraduate programs across eight academic areas (i.e., Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, International Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain).  Additional information about the Department may be found here.  

SPECIFIC DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Instructors deliver an effective and engaging classroom experience and support the department through service responsibilities. The specific responsibilities will be set by the lead instructor(s) in collaboration with academic department leadership, online programs leadership, and teaching and learning as needed.  Tasks may include: Regularly meet with lead instructor(s) to coordinate activities and roles; meet with course team to discuss issues including course content, delivery, and grading; manage teaching assistants (TA), course assistants (CA), and graders; and oversee the grading process.

Candidates must have at least a master’s degree or equivalent degree and some professional experience in a relevant field and demonstrated excellence in teaching at undergraduate and/or professional graduate degree programs at an accredited institution. Significant course management and grading experience required. 
SALARY: Salary is commensurate with experience.
