Graduation Auditor

As a graduation auditor, you will serve students by conducting timely degree-audit reviews, monitoring student degree compliance, communicating with students on degree-requirement completion, processing course-substitution requests, and updating students' change-of-major and -program requests daily. In addition, you will be responsible for managing commencement activities, ordering diplomas, verifying diplomas for accuracy, and preparing them for mailing. You may also assist in other registrar’s office functions such as orientation, drop/add, file management, and workflow.

The successful candidate has experience managing high-volume workloads with grace, contributing to the positive and professional atmosphere of registrar services. The candidate must also understand, follow, and articulate university policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of experience in related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Customer-service experience and experience in high-volume situations
  • Detail oriented and problem solver
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:BANNER, Degree Works, and Microsoft Excel experience

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:Valid driver's license

Travel required: 10 to 20%

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
