Workday Records Associate /R0033161

The University of Arkansas seeks applications for the position of Workday Records Associate (R0033161). The Workday Records Associate will be the primary contact for Workday Student at the law school, including completing Workday student records homework as it comes due, attending Workday meetings on behalf of the law school at both the UA system and UA Little Rock levels, and requesting information from any other law school employees who are needed to complete homework. In addition, the Workday Records Associate will oversee the digitizing of law school records, including organizing the process and supervising workers who will be scanning documents. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of one year of experience in student records administration.

Preferred Qualifications:  Familiarity with Workday Student and the requirements of FERPA, and experience in law school student records administration is a plus.
