Talent Sourcing Specialist

12 Month Hourly Staff FT

SCAD seeks a talent sourcing specialist to develop a robust talent pipeline of faculty and staff at the university.

In this position, you will manage and execute all aspects of sourcing efforts, working closely with the faculty and staff recruitment teams to understand position requirements. You will ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads and names into assigned key pipelines and requisitions, create advanced research techniques to find top talent through various mediums (including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, and other innovative sourcing methods), and present potential candidates to recruiters.

You will effectively outreach passive candidates daily and sell potential candidates on the benefits of working at SCAD. You will identify and present qualified candidates who are in line with SCAD's diversity and inclusion efforts and actions, researching and implementing innovative sourcing methods to enhance diversity and inclusion. As you continuously build out a candidate pipeline, you will also develop successful internal relationships with HR recruiters. This position is also responsible for promoting and tracking the faculty referral bonus program.

Additionally, you will oversee the SCAD Careers Instagram page, producing and posting relevant content regularly to entice applicants and promote SCAD's workplace culture; oversee and post open positions on LinkedIn; and advertise open job positions on other websites and job boards. With direction from leadership, you will also lead the planning of all recruiting trips and on-site recruiting events.

The ideal candidate has experience with applicant tracking systems and with social networking and internet tools for talent sourcing, such as email, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards, and job postings.
