Associate Director of Admission

12 Month Salaried Staff FT

Reporting to the Director of Admission, the person in this position is responsible for leading and directing the assistant directors of admission and assistant directors of enrollment for the Latin America (Central America, South America, Caribbean) regions. This person will build relationships and create networking opportunities with teachers, counselors, students, parents and alumni through extensive travel, presentations and individual attention. In addition, they build recruitment strategy for the region, and drive next steps in the enrollment process. This role practices and promotes excellent, individualized customer service for all prospective students and will be advising prospective students on program fit, admission and eligibility requirements, financial aid processes and first-time enrollment issues.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge in recruitment trends in Latin America
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Excellent Presentation and Writing Skills
• Ability to Work Independently

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual speech preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese)

Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
