Coordinator, Alumni Atelier

12 Month Hourly Staff FT

SCAD Savannah seeks a full-time coordinator for the SCAD Alumni Atelier program, a residency designed to equip select alumni with dedicated time, space, and resources to immerse themselves in the creative process. This program was conceived and is endowed by SCAD President and Founder Paula Wallace.

In this role, you will work closely with the director to support all administrative responsibilities and initiatives for the program. You will create and reconcile expense reports, submit travel requests, manage the SCAD Alumni Atelier calendar across all university locations, and provide logistical support for internal and external guests and tours. Among other duties, you will also document and update departmental policies, procedures, and best practices; generate reports; and provide updates on program data and outcomes for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate has spectacular presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a knack for effective leadership and collaboration. Strong organization and project-management abilities are vital. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-adapting environment is also essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant discipline
• Professional experience in fine arts, events, nonprofit management, business administration, and/or marketing

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
