Pace enrolls nearly 13,000 students and employs approximately 485 full-time faculty, 850 adjunct faculty, and 1,700 full- and part-time administrative staff. Pace combines the benefits and resources of a large university with the personalized attention and focus associated with a small college. Dedicated full-time and adjunct faculty members balance academic preparation with professional experience, bringing a unique dynamic to the classroom. 

Pace seeks an academic strategist who will work collaboratively with leadership, faculty, and staff to shape and drive an academic agenda that positions the University for success and propels the institution into the next decade. The Provost will empower a community of dedicated faculty to develop programs, support research, and support community partnerships and experiential opportunities for Pace’s diverse and talented students. The Provost is the leading voice of the faculty and a steadfast advocate for the academic mission of Pace. The Provost oversees six academic schools and colleges and has 30 reporting divisions comprised of 1300 full and part time faculty, a staff of 470, and a budget of $200 million.
