Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR coordinator, you will directly support employee on- and off-boarding processes, organizational changes, position modifications, record keeping, and EPSM project timeline management. You will prepare training materials, Department of Labor filings, and employee exit documents; organize and maintain personnel records, EPSM team project timelines, and shared folders; and will support annual projects by ensuring all internal records and applications are up to date. You will complete and send Status Change forms, weekly employee headcount requests, and reports for annual evaluation cycles.

Among other responsibilities, you will pull and update job descriptions, record and update EPSM client group lists, and assist with staff orientation (e.g., sending and editing itineraries, materials set up, ordering merch, etc.). You will also collect ad hoc data as requested and purchase supplies for the EPSM team as needed.

The successful candidate demonstrates a high degree of honesty, integrity, and discipline, as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills - both written and verbal. A proven ability to learn new computer systems and maintain accurate records is essential, as are strong organizational, time-management, and project-management abilities. The candidate should thrive as both an individual contributor and as part of a team and can handle multiple priorities at once while maintaining accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • One to three years of related professional experience
  • Computer proficiency, including with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) and Banner or similar database


Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
