Special Projects Producer

12 Month Hourly Staff FT

This role works with the branded content team, alumni, students and outside contractors to produce short targeted films and special projects for various university initiatives including, documentary, television and advertising. The person in this position will manage the assigned production from concept to completion and be responsible for all producing duties including maintaining schedules, meeting deadlines, managing budgets and legal documents and ensuring that the work is being produced at the highest quality level possible. The position requires coordination and consolidation of information gathered from multiple areas, as well as flexibility to meet changing deadlines and priorities while achieving the highest standards of filmmaking.

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of production-related experiences within an ad agency and/or internal
creative department in a consumer marketing organization
• Experience managing budgets
• Creative mindset

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal communication
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
