SCAD seeks a motivated assistant director of admission to build relationships and create networking opportunities for teachers, counselors, students, parents, and alumni in and around Washington and Oregon.

In this full-time role, you will represent SCAD at strategic-fit public, private, and boarding schools to meet with prospective students, their teachers, counselors, and parents. You will follow up with prospective students, keep activity records using Banner software, and manage applicant files. You will stay up to date on all SCAD policies, procedures, locations, programs of study, scholarships, housing and financial aid, study abroad, and other opportunities. Among other duties, you will also prepare transcripts and other academic documentation (e.g., AP scores, CLEP results, IB transcripts), participate in LivePerson and online chat sessions throughout various points in the admission cycle, and encourage prospective students to visit SCAD locations.

The successful candidate must be a spectacular written and verbal communicator, with equally exceptional interpersonal skills.
