Assistant to the VP for Admission

As an assistant to the VP of admission, you will coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, meetings, luncheons, trainings, and more. You will help lead SCAD Savannah tours, assist with SCAD Days and Live Agent shifts, and oversee the submission and reconciliation of all ecommerce submissions. Among other duties, you will also compile and complete international contracts, I-20 indexing for international students, document indexing for undergraduate and graduate students, and will maintain the supply inventory for Ruskin Hall.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Advanced time management, diplomacy, and planning skills
  • Ability to work outside office hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Valid driver's license

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
