Philosophy- Assistant Professor (TT)

The Hope College Department of Philosophy invites applications for a position as Assistant Professor of Philosophy (tenure track) beginning in Fall 2023. The Area of Specialization is open, but a research interest in Ancient or Medieval Philosophy is a plus. The Area of Concentration is also open. Job responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester, most of which will be in philosophy but some will be interdisciplinary. There will also be an opportunity to teach upper-level philosophy courses in one’s areas of scholarly interest.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Philosophy by time of appointment.
