The Office of Cross Cultural and Leadership Development seeks applicants for a program coordinator for fraternity and sorority life. The fraternity and sorority community includes the Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Collegiate Panhellenic Association, Greek Week programming board, Order of Omega Honor Society and selected additional fraternal groups. The Program Coordinator will advise a fraternal governance council and provide support for fraternity and sorority chapters. Responsibilities also include overseeing daily operations, fiscal management, scholarship administration, program development, leadership training, and chapter assistance. The Program Coordinator is responsible for education and programming for fraternity and sorority life. This position will oversee the Cathedral Standards of Excellence chapter accreditation program. Experience with fraternity and sorority educational programming focused on risk and harm reduction is required. Responsibilities also include supporting colleagues on the marketing, promotion and assessment of the performance of the fraternity and sorority system, establishing and monitoring conduct standards, and working on fraternity and sorority housing matters. The position will serve on the advisory board for Pitt Dance Marathon. The position also entails a wide range of administrative duties to facilitate the mission of the Office of Cross Cultural and Leadership Development and the Division of Student Affairs.
