12 Month Hourly Staff FT

SCAD seeks a full-time enrollment records specialist to join its team in historic Savannah, Georgia.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be the management and oversight of the complete incoming mail process, as well as the sending of recruitment materials. You will scan documents in a timely manner, provide administrative support to the department, and electronically receive and file application documents as needed. As needed, you will support the department by providing coverage for the reception area and assisting the distribution center staff with catalogs. Among other duties, you will also coordinate with your counterparts at other SCAD locations and in other departments, and participate in activities for SCAD Days and other signature events as needed.

The successful candidate has a flair for creative problem solving and a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational skills are also vital for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Essential computer and organization skills required to provide administrative support
  • Strong in problem solving and organizational skills
  • Must be able to participate in evening and weekend work as needed
  • Must be able to travel as needed
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Certificates, licenses and registrations: Valid Drivers License

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
