Customer Service Representative III

12 Month Hourly Staff FT

SCAD seeks a Customer Service Representative III to join their team in Atlanta.

Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for the production of ID cards for students, faculty, staff, alumni, contractors, and other SCAD visitors. You will process new hires through Atrium, process requests for and issue parking decals in the TickeTrak system; and process meal plan requests and updates for students, faculty, and staff. You will coordinate with the counseling and student support services department on documentation for student accommodations (e.g., meal plans, emotional support animals, etc.) and participate in the quarterly orientation process for incoming students. Among other responsibilities, you will also collect and distribute MARTA bus passes, process cardholder updates and changes, and manage card reader event equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma

Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment

Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Banner and Blackboard Transact experience preferred.

Work Hours:The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
