The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board Certification by the American Board of Ob/Gyn with greater than 5 years of applicable clinical and teaching experience is required. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required.

Teaching responsibilities may include clinical training and supervision of medical students and residents. A commitment to resident and medical student education is required.

Clinical responsibilities may include care of obstetrics and gynecology patients including call coverage of labor and delivery.

The successful candidate would join a group of full-time obstetricians and gynecologists, advanced practice providers including midwives in a faculty practice at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Health for Women at Radnor. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will practice in a supportive environment that provides professional and personal fulfillment and career-long learning. Fully-covered malpractice insurance is provided.
