Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of clinical pediatric neuroradiology. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. The applicant must be board-certified or eligible in diagnostic radiology, and have completed a formal fellowship in Pediatric Neuroradiology or equivalent training or experience.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching radiology residents and pediatric neuroradiology, neuroradiology, and pediatric radiology fellows during image interpretation sessions and departmental conferences, also participating in interdisciplinary conferences with clinical subspecialists. Teaching of medical students will be limited to those rotating through the Department of Radiology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition, the candidate will be expected to prepare learning materials and presentations for national and international meetings.

Clinical responsibilities may include clinical coverage in the areas of Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), MEG (optional). The candidate will also be assigned to coverage on evenings, nights, and weekends.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include the candidate to be active in clinical research. The successful candidate will have prior research experience, and have demonstrated evidence of peer reviewed scholarship. Ample support and mentorship for research will be provided.
