The Division of Nephrology at the Children's Hospital is at the forefront of clinical care, teaching, and research. The Division is comprised of 15 faculty members and 9 clinical fellows, in addition to our team of nurses, administrators, social workers, dieticians, and research staff. With our growing clinical volumes, we seek candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must be board certified/eligible in pediatric nephrology and have an M.D. degree or equivalent.

Teaching responsibilities include the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, as well as formal lecture opportunities.

Clinical responsibilities include inpatient/consultation services and outpatient nephrology services including transplant clinic, fellows clinic, several multidisciplinary clinic opportunities, and dialysis. Outpatient nephrology services are located at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia-Main Campus and satellite locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Preference would be 3-5 years Nephrology Attending experience, but not required.
