COORDINATOR OF BUSINESS AFFAIRS- SYRACUSE EOC

 

Brief Description of Duties:

SUNY Morrisville is seeking a Coordinator of Business and Development Position to work at our Educational Opportunity Center in Syracuse, NY.

 

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the business and financial goals of the EOC;
  • Ensure that expenditure and procurement activities are conducted in accordance with SUNY and sponsoring institution requirements;
  • Monitor and reconcile the EOC Business Information's System accounts;
  • Prepare, monitor and administer budgets for all funding sources in support ofEOC operations;
  • Prepare, monitor and administer the annual Financial Plan for SUNY UCAWD including preparing Monthly Expenditure Reports and the Final Financial Report within the required timeline; and,
  • Provide the EOC Director with fiscal projections for planning purposes.
  • Supervise support staff as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field with 3 - 7 years experience
