Duties & Responsibilities: Teaching undergraduate statistics courses

Position Qualifications:  The Department of Statistical Science at Southern Methodist University invites applications for a non-tenure track Visiting Lecturer appointment beginning Fall/August 2022. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and will be expected to advance the instructional mission of the department through teaching a range of undergraduate statistics courses. Applicants are expected to hold an MA, MS or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or a related discipline. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in teaching introductory statistics courses.  We encourage applications from candidates with an interest in pedagogical innovation and inclusive teaching.
