The Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition (CTIC) Pennsylvania Carey Law School invites applications for a CTIC Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School starting immediately upon hiring. It is a one-year appointment, with the potential for a one-year extension. The fellow will work with Professor Christopher Yoo and project partners on CTIC's comparative competition law project which examines and compares China, EU and US competition law.

Responsibilities of the fellow will include but are not limited to:
  • Conducting research on China, EU and US competition law and policy
  • Assisting with academic writing
  • Organizing events
  • Speaking and presenting research at conferences
  • Developing reports, research protocols, and other pertinent documents
