Assistant Professor

Economics: One tenure-track Assistant Professor in applied microeconomics to teach economics; advise students; research and publish in highly-regarded economics journals; and provide service to the institution to begin August 2018. 

Required: PhD in economics (completed by December 31, 2018 for re-appointment to a second year).

Consideration will be given to candidates with a commitment to excellence in teaching high-quality undergraduate and graduate economics courses; the ability and desire to conduct research for publication in highly-regarded refereed economic journals; and a willingness to teach advanced technical courses (e.g., mathematics for economics), although candidates in any area of applied microeconomics will be considered.
