Job Description Summary
The Project Manager-A (PM-A) will manage and support all regulatory and operational aspects of a mental health randomized controlled trial and assist in a case-control cardiology project as well as other research projects as assigned. The PM-A will complete data management activities, maintenance and version control, preparing data reports, and ensuring all data queries and monitor findings are addressed in a timely manner. The PM-A may also be responsible for collaborating with faculty in the analysis of clinical data to determine response and clinical outcomes. The PM-A will be responsible for study start-up activities such as assisting with budget development, drafting protocols, establishing workflows/pathways/operationalizing protocols, providing progress updates. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of several research projects, both studies focus on studying applications of digital tools and platforms (e.g. social media, text, email).

Job Description

The Project Manager-A (PM-A) will manage and support all regulatory and operational aspects of a mental health randomized controlled trial and assist in a case-control cardiology project as well as other research projects as assigned. The PM-A will complete data management activities, maintenance and version control, preparing data reports, and ensuring all data queries and monitor findings are addressed in a timely manner. The PM-A may also be responsible for collaborating with faculty in the analysis of clinical data to determine response and clinical outcomes. The PM-A will be responsible for study start-up activities such as assisting with budget development, drafting protocols, establishing workflows/pathways/operationalizing protocols, providing progress updates. Specific project manager tasks include planning/implementing protocols for the various projects; managing and conducting recruitment, screening and enrollment; responsible for all IRB correspondence and regulatory requirements; tracking and management of study budgets; and supervision of Research Coordinators and/or Research Assistants. Additional responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports to the Sponsor; management of regulatory requirements; coordinating with the data team and outside partners for data collection, analysis and publication preparation; preparing materials for Advisory Boards. Meets with Senior Project Manager, PI/co-PI's bi/weekly for technical advice or to report on status of work in progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
