Job Profile Title

Job Description Summary
The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Faculty Director and assists with tasks arising from Center-related activities overseen by the Faculty Director and Managing Director.

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks which include, but are not limited to, management of Faculty Director's calendar, coordinate and set up internal and external meetings. Manage center's office space, security access, coordinates with Tangen Hall Facilities and Wharton Operations. Responsible for creating new and updating existing content for Steven's Center website and social media accounts. Solely responsible for the planning and logistics of Center events and special programs, these duties include but are not limited to arranging event space, both on and off campus, working with vendors such as caterers, hotels, and restaurants, and communicating with internal and external groups. Responsible for supervising and managing student workers and their roles during events and programs. Act Delegate in Concur system for the processing of reimbursements for both the Faculty Director and the Managing Director. Assist with current and future ISPs. Cypher Accelerator Program support- webpage development and design, regular update management, event logistics. Assist with new center projects, including outreach to high schools and post-secondaiy schools for the Center's project to assist high-school students with their use of student loans. Assist with creation of video interviews of Wharton graduates and other individuals associated with the Finance department.

Qualifications
Minimum of H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within a College or University setting preferred.
