University of the Sciences (USciences) invites inquiries, nominations and applications for the position of Dean, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (PCP).  Home to programs in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology and toxicology, PCP is where modern pharmacy started in North America. The Dean of PCP provides the vision and direction of the College as well as serves on the senior leadership team of the University. She/he is responsible for all operations of the College, including overall leadership and management of the College, its academic enterprise and programs, fundraising, development of budget requests, and allocation of resources. It is preferred but not a requirement that applicants and nominees possess an earned doctorate in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field and provide evidence of successful college/university leadership and administrative experience, teaching and curriculum development.
