2 Tenure Track Social Work Faculty Positions

The TCU Department of Social Work, located in the Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences, invites applications for two, nine-month tenure-track positions, expected to begin August 2018.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. With the department offering a personal and rigorous educational experience, applicants must have a record of quality teaching and scholarship and be committed to student success. Applicants must be able to teach in both BSW and MSW programs.

Both positions require a Masters in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program, with two years of post-Masters practice experience in social work. A Ph.D. in Social Work or related field is required although ABD candidates may be considered, provided they will receive their Ph.D. prior to their official TCU start date. The Department requires all faculty members to be licensed master-level social workers in the State of Texas and to be a member of a national social work organization. Incoming faculty will be required to meet these requirements prior to the end of their first year at TCU.
