Academic Advising Manager

Academic Advising Manager Manages the operation of the College of Business Administration (CBA/UNIBusiness) advising program; serves as an academic advisor to business students; administers UNIBusiness admission, retention, and graduation policies; coordinates all undergraduate advising, orientation, and registration activities for the College; coordinates relationship development with community college partners; supports college in the development of undergraduate domestic and international exchange and transfer programs; and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives. Master’s degree in business, student affairs, or related field; at least five years of combined experience in student affairs and/or business; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing, developing and working as a member of a collaborative team; experience managing individuals; experience developing strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders; and ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information required. Experience in undergraduate advising; experience in an AACSB business school undergraduate program; and experience with a student information system preferred.
