PART-TIME LECTURER POSITIONS

Department of Anthropology

University of California, Riverside

 The Department of Anthropology at the University of California, Riverside, invites applications for part-time lecturer positions for the 2017/18 academic year. Instruction begins September 28, 2017 for Fall quarter, January 8, 2018 for Winter quarter; and April 2, 2018 for Spring quarter. Beginning salary is approximately $5,932 per course. Priority will be given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching Anthropology.  A completed M.A. is required, with a preference in Anthropology.

 Applications are welcome from persons qualified to teach Upper and Lower Division Undergraduate courses in Biological and Linguistic Anthropology.  Please indicate your areas of specialization. Course offerings are subject to availability of funding.

 Complete applications must include a cover letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, recent teaching evaluations and a statement of contributions to diversity. Optional letters of recommendation may also be considered.
