The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University is seeking candidates for a tenure-track position at the entry-level assistant, or associate professor levels for Fall 2022, starting August 1, 2022. Candidates are expected to exhibit strong research capabilities in the marketing discipline and have the ability to effectively teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the business school.  Candidates who apply should have earned a doctorate, or in the process of completing their doctorate (Ph.D.) in marketing or a related field.  Research and teaching are emphasized for tenure and promotion.  Salary is negotiable based on experience, research record and rank.

The selection process will involve interviewing qualified candidates and inviting some of them to SMU-Cox campus for a research presentation.  The review of applications will start on May 1 and will be ongoing until the position is filled.
