1) Minimal requirement Master's degree from an accredited institution.
2) Record of undergraduate teaching success.

Responsibilities: CSUB is looking specifically for a dynamic person with knowledge, skills, and abilities to work cooperatively with current faculty, teach undergraduate courses in the major, and to better serve an ever-increasing number of majors (currently 450+) representing a diverse student body in a culturally diverse community. Teaching assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following existing courses and labs-Physiology of Exercise, Exercise Prescription, Clinical Exercise Physiology, Advanced Nutrient Utilization for Sport and Human Performance, and Principles of Strength and Conditioning, Introduction to Kinesiology, and Measurement and Evaluation. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the CSU.
