Job Description Summary
The Temporary Application Evaluator for the Engineering Summer Academy at Penn (ESAP) will evaluate ESAP applications in the CollegeNet system.

Job Description

The Temporary Application Evaluator for the Engineering Summer Academy at Penn (ESAP) will review applications and provide evaluation scores for each application element. Provide additional comments to summarize the student's qualifications and determine their fit for the program. All reading and reviews are web- based and completed remotely on a flexible schedule. This position is part-time, 5 - 25 hours/week, and is expected to be from February 1, through April 30, 2022.

Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision. Effective decision-making and analytical skills. Must possess a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive summer academy environment. CollegeNet proficiency strongly preferred or must possess the ability to quickly learn the platform. Prior admissions experience preferred. Knowledge of the University of Pennsylvania and Penn's Pre-College Programs is preferred.
