Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Adolescent Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree.

Teaching responsibilities may include participation in clinical education of medical students, residents, and fellows as a member of the Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine.

Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and outpatient primary and specialty care in Adolescent Medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Multiple sites of practice are available including a primary care practice, specialty care satellite locations and inpatient units at CHOP and a behavioral health hospital. Unique opportunities are available for applicants interested in an expanding Eating Disorder program. Leadership positions in these clinical areas may also be available.

Multiple opportunities for collaborative clinical research are available related to continuous quality improvement, health services, minority health, resiliency, STDs/HIV, pregnancy prevention, smoking, gender, eating disorders, weight regulation, depression and suicide.
