Director of Online Strategy and Program Development

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota seeks a Director of Online Strategy and Program Development to advance strategic initiatives and growth objectives that create a national presence for the university in online learning through online program development and relationship management with external partners. Reporting to the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, the role coordinates all aspects of online program delivery including operational matters, enrollment, compliance, and financial management. The director develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive plan to offer new academic degree programs and non-degree content, and to build partnerships that achieve university enrollment and revenue objectives. Additionally, this role focuses on the research and evaluation of new market opportunities. In all matters both internal and external, this position supports the mission of the university as a Lasallian Catholic institution.
