The next Vice President for Finance and Administration/Treasurer must have comfort with ambiguity and welcome the opportunity to consistently reframe issues to continuously strengthen the college. Applicants should present the attributes outlined in the Search Profile or clearly show the requisite aptitude and track record of mastering new subject matter. Candidates will embrace Central’s mission. Candidates whose careers have been in areas outside higher education must demonstrate previous engagement with post-secondary education. Illustrative examples include teaching, volunteer service and leadership.
