Job Description Summary
Inform and implement decisions made by NPL Faculty Director, Administrative Director, and Coordinator. Coordinate Payments: POs, Penn Transfers, Wire Transfers, Honoraria, Instructor Hiring. Coordinate New Vendor setup, and track payments of vendors. Coordinate contract process, order materials when necessary. Update website when needed. Reserve on-campus space and lead event operations. Additionally, Administrative Coordinator oriented tasks as needed.
