Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to support basic research using mouse models of autoimmunity. Primary functions will include animal colony maintenance including weaning, ear punch for genotyping, and record-keeping; and assist with mouse proteinuria (urine dipstick) measurements. This individual also will conduct tissue dissection, staining, and analysis; and ELISA and/or ELISPOT immunoassays. This individual will help to maintain lab organization: monitor inventory, re-stock supplies, and prepare buffers as needed.
