Vice Provost for Educational Innovation
The University of Miami seeks a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the inaugural Vice Provost for Educational Innovation. The Vice Provost will have broad responsibility across the university for the delivery of education at all levels and to advance the educational priorities of the University’s Roadmap to Our New Century, the strategic plan designed to achieve our greatest aspirations.
The Vice Provost will inject innovation, distinctive pedagogies, and engaging models of teaching and learning that can revolutionize higher education. The successful candidate will be a thought leader with a clear and compelling vision of the future of higher education, who demonstrates the ability to lead and execute the University’s transformation in achieving the educational mission of the Provost’s office. This person will be able to articulate academic initiatives that respond to changing curricular and delivery models and show competence and passion for leading the evolution of teaching, assessment, and learning environments.
