A Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Position in Biology

SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY, Dedman College, Dallas TX.  The Department of Biological Sciences seeks a non-tenure track lecturer (position number 00053380) to assist with courses at various undergraduate levels, including introductory biology I (molecules, cells and genetics), the introductory level for majors and non-majors.  Additional teaching will be in the area of the candidate’s expertise.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. or M.D.  Preference will be given to individuals with expertise in molecular genetics or developmental biology and to those with recent research and teaching experience in the Biological Sciences. Because this is a teaching intensive position, applicants must enjoy working with undergraduate students.
