Job Description Summary
This position is for a temporary worker to support a grant-funded research study. This job will be done in close collaboration with Penn researchers, the MAPS+ Program Manager, and clinic staff. At the beginning of the program, all hired Community Health Workers will benefit from intensive training to prepare them for their positions as well as continued support to help them succeed in their work. Each Community Health Worker will work with about 30 clinic patients using MAPS+ to help them manage their HIV treatment in the context of their lives. We expect this work to be a combination of work in-person, video conference, and/or telephone.
