Job Description Summary
The temporary Project Interior Designer in Planning, Design, & Construction in Penn Engineering will design small and medium sized office, lab and building renovations.

Job Description

The temporary Project Interior Designer will design small and medium sized office, lab and building renovations. Design includes planning, designing and coordination from inception to completion of project. Work with occupants to create efficient, attractive, functional and sustainable spaces to meet end user requirements. Professionally work with product manufacturers, architects, operations and tradesmen through feasibility, design, construction and punch list phases of design and construction. Effectively manage budget and tight project schedules. Integrate sustainability into designs and selections. Organize sustainability projects and efforts in SEAS. Work and design within city, state and EHRS codes and requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CAD and furniture knowledge.
