HR Director

The University of Michigan Library seeks an accomplished, thoughtful, and inclusive HR leader to be the Human Resources Director. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Libraries, the HR Director will be a collaborative partner and team leader providing comprehensive HR services and support for the 450 library staff, librarians, and administrative leadership team in the library. This is a unique opportunity to lead the HR and Organizational Learning and DE&I teams in building and supporting a cohesive, collaborative, engaging, and inclusive work environment.
