St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC) President Kenneth D. Daly and the Search Committee invite applications and nominations for its newly created position, Director of Finance. 

 

STAC, with a Fall 2020 enrollment of approximately 2,000, is an independent liberal arts college providing high-quality education at the undergraduate and graduate levels for students from all backgrounds. President Daly assumed office on July 1, 2020. He is a charismatic, collaborative leader with impressive financial acumen. The new President has been actively developing funding programs to ensure access and affordability for all students, making strategic investments, and setting the stage for the development of a strategic plan. 

 

STAC seeks a new Director of Finance with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, financial and systems acumen, and impressive interpersonal and communication skills. Strong candidates will require a substantial track record of data analytics, financial and managerial achievements, a successful strategic planning background, and the courage to make and effectively communicate data-informed decisions. Small college experience is preferred.

The Director of Finance Search Committee will begin reviewing candidate materials in mid-May. Although applications will be received until the position is filled, materials should be submitted by June 2, 2021, to receive the most favorable consideration. Final selection will be made by early July and the new Director will be invited to begin work on or about August 1, 2021.
