Interim Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management

A thriving public research university and critical engine of social mobility located on Massachusetts’ South Coast, UMass Dartmouth seeks an Interim Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management. Reporting directly to the Chancellor in this newly elevated role, the Interim Vice Chancellor will bring expertise in national best practices and data-informed strategy to an evaluation and optimization of the division’s current admissions and financial aid practices. The Interim Vice Chancellor will ideally lead the division’s talented staff through the Fall 2021 admissions cycle and into the summer of 2022.

The Interim Vice Chancellor will provide strategic leadership in all facets of planning and meeting the university’s enrollment and revenue goals related to undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and online students. The Interim Vice Chancellor will have experience leading a team through a period of change with optimism and energy, a strong understanding of national trends and best practices in enrollment, and deep expertise in the optimal collection, analysis, and use of enrollment data. A personal and professional commitment to ensuring that work of the division and the workplace of the division are both shaped by the highest principles of inclusion and equity is essential.
