Tenure-Track Faculty - Mechatronics / Robotics

Mechatronics/Robotics Program: Department of Engineering Technologies. Bowling Green State University.

Position: Full-time, tenure track position at the rank of Associate Professor in the Department of Engineering Technologies. Expected start date is August 2021 but start date is negotiable.

Primary Responsibilities: Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate level courses in mechatronics/robotics systems; Conduct research that leads to peer-reviewed publications in relevant areas; Conduct cutting edge research that is supported by external funding; Help promote the advancement of programs related to the mechatronics/robotics, and provide appropriate service to the department, college, university, and the profession;

Minimum Qualifications: A doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer engineering or very closely related discipline; Evidence of peer reviewed journals and external funding in mechatronics/robotics systems; Evidence of undergraduate/graduate teaching and course development in mechatronics/robotics systems;
