The Romain College of Business at the University of Southern Indiana invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor of Finance beginning August 2021. Applicants for Associate Professor must hold that rank at their current university. Candidates must have a Doctorate in Finance (or a similarly related discipline). Applicants with ABD status will be considered for the rank of Instructor until degree is completed.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach primarily in the undergraduate program but will also support the MBA program as needed. This position will be expected to teach investments and develop an investment program. Responsibilities include innovative teaching in areas consistent with the Romain College of Business needs, active scholarship, and service at the program, university, and community levels. USI Faculty members are expected to have a strong desire for community engagement via continuous interaction with local area businesses and organizations.
