CAMPUS TECHNOLOGY TRAINER

Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Information Technology Services, the Campus Technology Trainer will assist in the development of all technology training solutions for the campus. Including but not limited to AdobeSign, Common Financial System, Data warehouses, Excel, advanced Excel (pivot) and other functions such as ProCard reconciliation and Procure to Pay etc. The trainer will train staff, faculty, and student workers. The Campus Technology Trainer will need to be able to deliver end user training, train the trainer, and online training sessions. The Campus Technology Trainer will be a part of the Digital Transformation effort to make sure campus employees can move to an online work environment. In addition, this position will work with campus stakeholders to develop training material for our online training environment.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:
• Develop and deliver technology training for our campus constituents
• Work with Support Services to develop superior documentation that is easy to use
• Work on project teams during implementation of new solutions to establish training and documentation
• Develop material for our online training system
