SALARY:
The hiring range for pay grade 15 is $39,506 – $61,234 and the target salary range for this position is $39,506 – $44,938. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, while also considering internal equity. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary focus of the Assistant Director of Financial Aid will be to provide financial aid advising to prospective and current students through in-person and virtual appointments as well as phone and email correspondence. The incumbent will offer frequent walk-in financial aid advising opportunities, provide advising assistance and assist with preparing materials for recruitment and yield events, and serve as the primary financial aid advisor serving orientation programs. This position will assist with special circumstances review and processing and assist with administrative process overflow.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required by position start date with a minimum of three years of related work experience.
