The Department of Psychology at Roger Williams University invites applications for a tenure-track appointment in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning Fall 2021. Teaching responsibilities for this position include the following undergraduate courses: Quantitative Analysis, Research Methods, Experimental Psychology and Lab, and additional courses in the candidate's area of expertise. In general, all tenure-track RWU faculty must demonstrate effectiveness in the following three categories: 1) teaching; 2) scholarship; and 3) institutional and/or community service.



Job Requirements:

 

Candidates are required to have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology by the official starting date of the position. In addition, candidates must also provide evidence of successful teaching experience and an on-going program of scholarly activity that will allow for faculty/student collaborative research.
